FREE PROGRAM

Principle

This program, winch is chape as a 12 week plan is a very basic program, which is similar to our working method.

You will find a page with the necessary explanation in order to fully understand the program, a page dedicated to warming up and then as many pages as there are weeks for the program. Everything will be in a google sheets format.

This is a program that can be interesting for those new to powerlifting, or for the initiated / intermediate who want to try out a new way of training.

Obviously, no follow-up or customization will be included in the program.

HOME TRAINING

 

For this new period of confinement, we have decided to create two free programs which can be done at home for all people who do not have access to a strength gym.

You will find a first program to do whiteout any equipment as well as a second program with dumbbells / bands.

With this you will have a YouTube playlist and links in front of most of the exercises if you need to know how to perform them.

Obviously, no follow-up or customization will be included in the program.
